About Me
Professional Biography
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.
I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and SPARCS (Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress). I am also a Board Certified Telemental Health (BC-TMH) provider, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Clinical ADHD Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), and a member of the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA).
Theresa is also a proud Army veteran and enjoys working with veterans and military families.
For nearly two decades, I have had the privilege of helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and many of life's unexpected challenges. Through secure telehealth counseling, I serve clients throughout Mississippi and Louisiana, providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a comfortable and convenient setting.
