You're Not Alone. You Belong Here.

Virtual Support Groups at ADDA

Peer support… sharing experiences and understanding with other adults with ADHD who get it (‘cause they got it!) is essential for your wellbeing. That connection is what world-renowned ADHD expert, Dr. Ned Hallowell calls “Vitamin C for ‘Community’”.

ADDA members from around the world meet regularly in virtual spaces built to safely deliver connection, understanding, and belonging. (Not a member? Join here.) No experts telling you what you ‘should’ do. It’s your peers, adults with ADHD just like you, creating safe spaces where you can show up just as you are. Every week across the world, members are logging in to connect with people who get ADHD.

Share what’s on your mind. Hear from others who get it. Realize that the things you thought were just you? They’re ADHD. And you’re not alone in any of it.

Virtual Peer Support Groups

Virtual support groups are peer-led spaces where adults with ADHD come together to talk, listen, and support each other. It’s not therapy. It’s not clinical. It’s real people with ADHD having real conversations about real life. The wins, the struggles, the things nobody else understands.

Why Virtual Support Groups Matter

  • Connection reduces isolation: When you’re the only person in your world who struggles with ADHD, shame grows in silence. Your ADDA community reminds you that you are not alone on this journey.
  • You find your people: Thousands of members, across time zones and continents, share from their lives and their hearts. You will find people who get your experience. ADDA’s virtual groups connect you to them.
  • Peer wisdom is powerful: Hearing how others navigate ADHD… what works, what doesn’t, how they showed up for themselves. This lived experience gives you inspiration, hope, and tools you can’t get any other way.
  • Doing ADHD together changes everything: Connection transforms ADHD from something you manage alone into something you navigate with people who get it. In your ADDA community, you’ll find people who celebrate you, support you, and help you thrive… not just survive.
