Kris was an ordinary business leader when she was first introduced to the spectacular superpowers of ADHD through her oldest son. While ‘geeking out’ on the new world of ADHD and her anything-but-ordinary spectacular son, she learned of ADHD coaching. Being an enthusiast, Kris studied with the IACT Institute with Laurie Dupar to become a coach herself.

Still a business executive by day, Kris is the founder of ADHD Stride, a strengths based coaching organization focused on helping clients harness their own superpowers to achieve their personal missions and finding their stride in life. She holds a BA from California State University and an MBA from Boise State University. Kris believes the world is changed by love, fun, and harnessing superpowers. And everyone has superpowers.
