Agreed. This has been great, and I’m listening to one every or every few days as an ADHD booster.
Well said. The idea that ADHD “bites its own tail” promotes starting in the right place. Thanks for this useful perspective that balances acceptance and change.
Hi…
I was not aware of the concepts you shared about the stress associates with ADHD. I listened 3 times before it “hit me”. I’m totally burned out and I could not figure out WHY.
At 58 and diagnosed 3 years ago, I have expected myself to “have it all figured out” by now.
This TADD helped me to finally explain to my psychologist today how I feel.
Hopefully my husband will listen and understand because he is totally burned out by living with me along with his job and various other projects.
I have placed us in a terrible financial situation which unknown to me until recently that this also has contributed much to both of our stress levels. (He doesn’t even know the depth of my $ problems yet)
Thank you!
TADD talk is perfect for me. It’s small bites of ADHD information instead of sifting through an enormous about of information on line. I listen to one every morning and use it to bring awareness throughout the day. I hope it continues beyond ADHD awareness month.
