Professional Biography
Keith Griffin, PCAC, ACC is an ADHD and Executive Function Coach, host of the YouTube channel This ADHD Life, and an advocate of thriving by focusing on one’s strengths. He received the ACC credential from ICF and the PCAC credential from the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches. Keith’s training includes programs from both The ADD Coach Academy and JST Coaching & Training. He is also part of the neurodiverse community having been diagnosed with ADHD at age 42.
Keith specializes in helping people get their lives “on track” whether it be helping them with productivity, interpersonal relationships, financial issues or career transitions. He tends to attract folks in the STEM fields having had a 20+ IT career.
Being a part of the Queer community, Keith also enjoys helping that population design and live the lives they dream of having. He currently lives in Midtown Atlanta with his dog Daisy after spending over a year as a digital nomad while continuing to run his successful coaching practice.
Keith works with clients worldwide using phone and video chat. He also provides "walk and coach" sessions for those in the Atlanta area.
