Professional Biography
As Founder of The Organized Life and a Certified Neurodiversity Coach (CNC), I specialize in helping students and adults with ADHD and executive function challenges create greater clarity, focus, and sustainable systems for success.
Drawing on my background in professional organizing, productivity consulting, and coaching, I help clients move from overwhelm and self-criticism to greater confidence, structure, and forward momentum. Together, we work on challenges such as time management, organization, planning, follow-through, and creating systems that fit real life.
In addition to individual coaching, I offer group coaching, team coaching, and accountability programs designed to foster connection, support, and lasting change.
