About Me
Professional Biography
Jayme is a late-diagnosed ADHD coach who didn't plan to become one — she just burned out as a sales professional in her 40s and realized she'd spent her whole life white-knuckling her way through a world that wasn't built for her brain.
She founded an ERG for mental health and neurodiversity at her last corporate company, and recently served as Vice Chair of the Education Committee at ADDA. She is currently completing her AAMC, CAMC, CACP, CMC, and ICF ACC certifications.
Jayme doesn't coach from a textbook. She coaches from lived experience. She is raising two ADHD kids, married to an AuDHD man, and the child of parents with ADHD and Autism. She lives this life from both sides — the person with ADHD and the person supporting it. She knows what it feels like to hold it together in public and fall apart behind closed doors. She also knows what it looks like from the other side — watching someone you love struggle with the same things you do.
Her approach is practical, not clinical. She focuses on building systems that work with how your brain actually operates — not how society thinks it should. Whether you're a late-diagnosed adult trying to make sense of the last 40 years, a young adult learning to adult for the first time, or a parent trying to support an ADHD kid while managing your own brain — Jayme meets you where you are.
She currently resides in Washington with her family.
