I"m a blind and neurodivergent ADHD coach who works with college students, graduate students, and adults. Clients often come to me when they would like to increase motivation, reduce procrastination, and gain greater clarity about how their brains work. I"m a licensed certified social worker in Massachusetts. Though I bring my therapeutic background to my work, coaching is not therapy and I do not accept insurance. I am queer friendly and disability-affirming. My approach is taylored  to clients" needs and is often a combination of reflective conversation and completing concrete tasks.
