Professional Biography
I am a strengths-based credentialed and certified ADHD Life Coach. I coach high-potential professionals and academics globally, leveraging my extensive experience as an educator, entrepreneur, and program director. My clients include Fortune 500 executives, federal employees, physicians, researchers, medical residents, and program directors. I partner with them so they can embrace their ADHD to live happy, productive, and fulfilled lives.
I have been invited to speak at Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, educational institutions, and community events. My lived experience as an adult with ADHD and a parent of neurodivergent adults, along with my knowledge of ADHD and passion for ADHD Coaching, offer a unique perspective to attendees.
I founded Leverage Your ADHD to support individuals with ADHD and raise awareness about ADHD, especially in underserved populations. I serve as a volunteer facilitator for the Attention Deficit Disorder Association’s (ADDA) South Asian Virtual Peer Support Group and as the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Chair on the Board of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO).
