Professional Biography
Stephanie Monks is a ICF credentialed life coach and a PAAC certified ADHD coach.
She partners with individuals and families effected by ADHD. She believes by managing the challenges of ADHD, people able to, even more so, appreciate the wonderful and unique strengths of their ADHD brains.
Stephanie has experience working with middle school through postgraduate students, as well as adults of all ages. By meeting in person and virtually, she is fortunate to work with people from across the US and Europe. She also does contract work for local therapy centers.
Stephanie was a speaker at the 2022 ADHD International Conference presenting "All In! Building Meaningful Connection with Teenagers and Young Adults with ADHD Through Group Coaching". She will speaking at this year"s conference in Anaheim, CA in November 2024. She will be co-presenting with Faelyne Templar, "Acting Out! Neuroscience, Improv and ADHD".
She has been employed with Delta Air Lines for 33 years in various positions including HR manager, inflight operational supervisor, employee relations manager and currently as a part time international flight attendant based in New York City.
Her other experience includes facilitating city planning meetings and mediating court-appointed cases.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University and a Master of Public Administration degree from University of Texas at Arlington. Her mediator/ADR certification is from Dispute Resolution Services of Tarrant County.
Stephanie volunteers her time coaching at-risk youth with ADHD and with Historic Fort Worth, Inc.
