About Me
Professional Biography
I provide compassionate, empowering and inclusive ADHD coaching that sees you for the whole person you are. I specialize in working with: girls, queer individuals, young adults in college, twice-exceptional (2e) youth, and women with a recent ADHD diagnosis. I provide grounded and practical executive function coaching through a trauma-informed lens, so you can confidently expand your skills in a safe and supportive environments. If you are navigating additional diagnoses or conditions, such as autism, eating disorders, or chronic illness, I can also partner with your existing care team to better provide you with holistic support.
Alongside my coaching experience, I have a long history of working with youth and neurodivergent youth, as well as lived experience with disability and neurodevelopmental disorders. I have my B.Ed. from the University of British Columbia, and have worked with nonprofits serving girls and women for most of my career, which has helped me learn and understand the many ways that our individual identities inform our experience in the world.
I grew up in the Canadian Pacific Northwest, traveled and moved around a lot, before immigrating to the USA with my family to settle in Eugene, Oregon, in 2012. I like chickens, playing Irish folk music, and cracking eye-wateringly bad jokes.
