I have been building compensatory skills all my life to succeed in life, on the job, and at home. My training with ADDCA, ICF and PAAC has paired my life experience with how ADHD presents across others, and how it compares with different conditions like Aspberger. Finally it taught be how to be a life coach and help others with the understanding of what ADHD is.
