Peter Gross

As a fellow traveler on the ADHD journey, Peter brings to his clients a wealth of both lived experience and professional expertise. Specializing in guiding men through the middle seasons of their lives, Peter helps clients find their way through the complexities of managing and harnessing ADHD that can be particularly difficult during that period.

If you have ADHD (or suspect that you do) and feel stuck in your relationships, health, parenting, work and outside pursuits, Peter will be an effective partner.

His approach incorporates ADHD education with developing an in-depth understanding of your unique strengths and life circumstances. Together, we examine each challenge, design new approaches to address them and then evaluate if what worked and what did not. Peter can then help you apply those lessons to other behaviors (if successful) and to new approaches (if not successful.)
