About Me
Professional Biography
I'm Danielle, and I support neurodivergent teens, adults, and parents to turn understanding into action. Through 1:1 coaching, group work, and parent coaching, I work with you to co-create practical strategies, build confidence, and develop systems that support you to thrive everyday.
I didn’t start out as a neurodiversity coach and inclusion consultant. I started as a late-identified neurodivergent parent trying to navigate systems that weren’t built for people like me.
That experience grew into my platform, Neurodiverging. As a certified positive psychology coach, solutions-focused coach, parent coach, and trauma-informed educational trainer, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to every coaching session, training, and consultation.
I also serve as a sensitivity reader and authenticity consultant, supporting authors, educators, and creative teams in representing neurodivergent and disabled experiences with accuracy and respect.
My mission is simple: help people understand one another better and build systems where everyone can thrive.
Specialties:
Neurodiversity training | Sensitivity reading | Neurodiversity in the workplace | Group Facilitation | Curriculum and Program Design | Adult Learning Theory | Leadership and Mindset Coaching | Emotional Regulation Coaching | Executive Function Coaching
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) | Somatic Awareness and Regulation Techniques | Strengths-Based Coaching | Solution-Focused Coaching | Positive Psychology Coaching | Parent Coaching
