Professional Biography
Hi, I’m Lizzett Cuervo. I am an ADHD and executive function coach specializing in time management, organizational skills, and coaching for adults as well as students from elementary school through college.
My approach is rooted in empathy and real-world experience. I spent 15 years as a 5th and 6th-grade special education teacher, which gave me deep insight into different learning styles and educational strategies. Having ADHD myself, I truly understand the daily challenges of staying focused, managing time, and keeping up with busy schedules.
I bring a culturally competent, neurodiversity-affirming approach to my coaching—providing compassionate, bilingual support that honors each client’s unique background, lived experience, and cognitive strengths.
I work closely with my clients to build practical, personalized tools that fit their natural ways of thinking—helping them reduce stress and achieve their goals.
