Lauren Brentt Fishman (ADHD Coach) – Positively Centered
About Me
Professional Biography
Hello! I’m a Certified Professional Coach with a deep understanding of ADHD. As a mother to two energetic young boys, a partner to my animated husband, and a proud owner of two quirky yet lovable dogs, I juggle many roles in my busy life. I’m also the founder of Positively Centered, a coaching practice dedicated to helping others thrive.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa Cruz (Go Banana Slugs!) and have earned various certifications as a Professional Coach. My coach education is through the Internationally recognized ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) where I earned my advanced certification (ACCG designation). I am also a member of ACO, PAAC (PCAC Certification), and ICF (PCC Certification).
My coaching style is: Encouraging, Empowering, Motivating and Inspiring. I work alongside my clients to help them gain clarity and take intentional action. With a strengths-based, positive approach and a judgment-free space, I use my experience with the ADHD community to provide tools and strategies that benefit everyone. After working with me, you can expect to feel grounded, energized, and more effective in your professional life, along with a renewed sense of optimism and opportunity. My passion lies in partnering with clients to help them embrace their unique attributes so they can overcome challenges and achieve their goals. The greatest reward for me is witnessing those “aha” moments—when a client experiences a breakthrough and moves closer to their true potential.
With over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking and Venture Capital as an Administrative and HR Professional, I’ve had the opportunity to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments. In 2019, I enrolled in a program to better understand how ADHD affects individuals in their personal relationships, education, and careers. Little did I know that this newfound curiosity—combined with my corporate background and personal experience with ADHD—would ultimately lead me to become a small business owner, mentor, and coach.
Chemistry and Trust matter. I wholeheartedly believe that if a coach and a client are a good fit, anything is possible. My clients tend to feel sparks of energy and enthusiasm as well as an overall sense of positivity and possibility after working with me.
I offer a complimentary 30 discovery session.
