About Me
Professional Biography
Many adults with ADHD come to coaching looking for answers. While practical strategies matter, lasting change often begins with understanding yourself more deeply.
Kristen Denney is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified ADHD coach (ACCG and PCAC), and mentor coach providing remote coaching throughout the United States and beyond. She specializes in supporting adults navigating late diagnosis, entrepreneurial challenges, and the everyday realities of ADHD.
Drawing from her lived experience as a late diagnosed ADHDer, entrepreneur, creative, and single parent, Kristen understands the challenges of building a life and career that don't always follow a traditional path.
Kristen helps clients better understand how their brain works, develop greater self-understanding and self-compassion, and let go of expectations that don't fit who they are. From that foundation, clients discover practical strategies that align with their strengths, values, and the way they naturally think and work. Her coaching balances warmth with honest, thoughtful challenge, creating a space where clients can explore new perspectives without judgment.
Kristen also provides mentor coaching for coaches pursuing their ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials. Her mentor coaching combines clear, compassionate feedback with practical guidance, creating a supportive environment for coaches to grow and prepare for credentialing.
In addition to working with clients, Kristen enjoys supporting the ADHD community through mentor coaching for ICF and ADDCA, facilitating ADDA support groups, and serving as Secretary of the PAAC Board of Directors.
