Professional Biography
I work with mid-career and emerging professionals who want to build sustainable ways to work, lead, and live with ADHD.
Client topics often include career development and transitions, perfectionism, burnout, imposter syndrome, and “what am I doing with my life?” moments. My approach is supportive, strengths-based, and grounded in helping clients work with their brains, not against them, with more clarity and less self-judgment.
My work is informed by my lived experience as a senior leader of color with late-diagnosed ADHD. My corporate background includes 20+ years at HBO, ultimately rising to EVP of Communications.
I am a certified coach (ICF ACC), with training from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and ADHD-specific training from the Coach Approach Training Institute.
