I coach ADHD business professionals with challenges such as time management, prioritizing, planning, organizing, managing overwhelm and life work balance. I offer a tailored approach that is customized to the needs of each client. I have successfully coached business professionals from a myriad of industries. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the ICF and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology. I also worked in corporate America for over thirty years before I started my own business.
