F10 Psychiatry provides adult ADHD psychiatric evaluation, careful medication management, and individual CBT by telehealth across California.

James Darden is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner: psychiatric mental health (PMHNP-BC) and adult-gerontology acute care (AG-ACNP-BC). Yale and Johns Hopkins trained. Initial evaluations are 60 minutes and examine lifetime patterns, current demands, sleep, anxiety, mood, medical history, and prior treatment—not just a checklist or a brief medication visit.

When clinically appropriate, treatment may include careful stimulant or non-stimulant medication management and individual cognitive behavioral therapy for ADHD. Follow-up visits are 30 minutes and review response, side effects, functioning, and next steps.

F10 is designed for adults seeking diagnostic clarity, structured follow-up, and direct answers—including high-functioning professionals who have compensated quietly for years. F10 is not a quick-prescription service and does not provide formal neuropsychological testing or crisis services. Diagnosis and medication are never guaranteed.

Self-pay rates are $425 for a 60-minute initial evaluation and $295 for a 30-minute follow-up. Insurance benefits vary and must be verified before the first visit.
