I’m a certified and accredited ADHD trained coach. I hold a BA, AACC, ACCG, and Family trained.  I coach executives, adults, college students, family’s with children, and I collaborate with schools.  I also am available to speak and consult. <span class="s1">Working with a life coach can help you work through a difficult life event or transition; identify and work toward personal and professional aspirations and goals; discover how to use your unique strengths and talents to overcome challenges; and sort through the "mental clutter" that is keeping you from attaining true fulfillment.</span> I coach virtually within the US and Internationally. I live in New Jersey. I am a late diagnosed ADHD woman, who through education and coaching pivoted from having my adhd control me to now using my adhd as an asset to me!
