About Me
Professional Biography
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and ADHD-certified clinical specialist specializing in the intersection of perinatal mental health and adult ADHD. I help women and mothers understand their experiences, recognize their strengths, and find support that fits their lives. I also offer ADHD assessments for those seeking clarity about whether they have ADHD.
Many women spend years struggling without recognizing that ADHD may be part of their story. For some, learning about their child’s ADHD diagnosis brings a new understanding of their own experiences and prompts them to seek answers.
My approach combines education, self-exploration, and practical support. Together, we explore how your brain works, what you need, and how years of unrecognized or misunderstood ADHD may have shaped how you see yourself. We also examine how cultural expectations of women and mothers can contribute to self-doubt and the pressure to be someone you are “supposed” to be.
Unrealistic expectations of motherhood can affect a woman’s identity and well-being at every stage of motherhood. For women with ADHD, these pressures can feel especially overwhelming. I offer a supportive space to explore the kind of mother you want to be, guided by your own values and strengths.
Together, we work to release unrealistic expectations and make room for being “good enough,” because there is no such thing as a "perfect mother." I believe education, self-exploration, self-compassion, and acceptance can help women live authentically and navigate motherhood with ADHD.
My practice also integrates Kristin Neff, Ph.D.’s self-compassion model, offering concrete, intentional practices for responding to yourself with understanding and kindness.
My physical practice is in Georgia, and I am also licensed in Colorado and Florida.
You do not have to navigate this alone.
