About Me
Professional Biography
After graduating from The Ohio State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, I moved to San Diego and earned a Master's Degree in Education at Alliant University. At that time, I earned a California Teaching Credential and I devoted my professional career to creating success in academic, psychological and behavioral education.
Currently, I Coach and Consult professionals internationally from my current home in Atlanta, GA. I have developed a practice aimed at leveraging a growth mindset while progressing the barriers of self-development. Together, we co-create a life standard of satisfaction that can only be created with intentional goal setting and building up the strength of accountability.
Because I was diagnosed with ADD when I was in the third grade, I have had the opportunity to establish a rare perspective of its many challenges and the unique ADD learning process. With the help of tutors, coaches and mentors, I have learned to educate and advocate for myself. Throughout my educational and professional experience, I have had the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of the services necessary to support those affected with ADD and their families. I have found that my journey with ADD is always beginning and that I must always maintain positive momentum. I also believe that humor can create positive learning experiences and believe in the foundations of positive psychology. We learn best when we are running toward our goals rather than away from the consequences.
