About Me
Professional Biography
Hi! I've been coaching adults and students through major transitions and personal change since 2004. In 2016, after nearly a decade of university teaching and administration, I started my own private coaching practice. More than 2,500 coaching hours later, I am a ICF- and PACC-certified ADHD specialist coach with specialized training in time management, partnership communication, and personal leadership. I can offer you a toolbox full of ways to thrive.
Today my virtual coaching practice is based in Reno, Nevada, and serves professionals around the world, especially women in leadership positions and entrepreneurship. About half of my clients are neurodivergent, and many work in organizations where developing skills for managing diversity in others is essential, such as higher education.
We focus on learning the personal and professional skills you need in order to have satisfaction at home and work, on your own terms.
Regardless of whether you are neurodivergent or not, challenges such as planning, time-management, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and overwhelm affect all of us at times. ADHD-friendly executive function and time management skills will work for everyone to make progress more joyful, even while you balance the expectations of others against the need for flexibility, joy, and passion in your work.
A great life that inspires you is within reach. Don't wait. The future is coming.
