Professional Biography
I am a licensed psychologist and coordinator of the Bergen County chapter of CHADD. I specialize in working with children, teens, adults and offer parent counseling to those struggling with ADHD, school-related issues, anxiety and depression. I use a framework of mindfulness, ADHD therapy/coaching, art therapy, evidence based approaches, CBT, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Mostly, I meet the person where they are.
