About Me
Professional Biography
Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to. I help adults manage ADHD with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Using CBT, ACT, and executive functioning coaching, I work with clients to reduce overwhelm, build practical strategies, and shift patterns that no longer serve them.
I provide individual therapy in person and by teleheatlh, as well as virtual groups that offer connection, encouragement, and the opportunity to learn alongside others who understand the experience of living with ADHD. I currently facilitate In This Together, a monthly virtual support group for ADHD women who are 30+. Additional therapy and support group offerings may be added in the future.
AREAS WE MAY EXPLORE TOGETHER:
- Developing a compassionate view of yourself and your ADHD
- Improving executive functioning skills
- Navigating life transitions and challenges—college, career, relationships, work-life balance
- Managing setbacks and stressors
- Setting and progressing toward goals that align with your strengths and values
Whether you're newly diagnosed or have lived with ADHD for years, you don’t have to do it alone.
ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Health Service Psychologist and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider with over 20 years of experience. In addition to treating adult ADHD, I focus on non-trauma-related anxiety and work as an executive coach/organizational consultant for business leaders and entrepreneurs. As a spouse and parent of loved ones with ADHD, I know firsthand the challenges and strengths ADHD brings.
TELEHEALTH & GETTING STARTED
I offer in-person sessions in Oklahoma and telehealth in PSYPACT-enacted states. My virtual groups provide another way to connect and find support. Visit www.aimtothrivenow.com to learn more or to schedule a complimentary 15-minute discovery call. This is an opportunity for us to talk about your goals and see if we're a good fit.
