Dr. Kim Pereira – ADHD Coach CT

ADHD Coaching is empowering, future-focused and goal-oriented. As a Certified ADHD Life Coach, Kim works specifically with adults with ADHD and parents of children with ADHD (a formal diagnosis is not required). As your coach, Kim is here to listen without judgment and focus on what you need right now. Kim understands how the unique ADHD brain functions and can guide you to develop success strategies that actually work for someone with ADHD. Wherever you live in the world, Kim can work with you virtually and she also offers in person coaching in Avon, Connecticut.

Kim presented at the 2023 Annual International Conference on ADHD and for various local groups in Connecticut, was a guest on the Wise Squirrels Podcast for Late-Diagnosed Adults (April 24. 2024) and is a co-author of Living with ADHD: Embracing the Chaos with a Smile (2024), where she was nominated for Finalist for Co-Author of the Year Award 2024. Kim is also a coach instructor at the International ADHD Coach Training Center (iACTcenter).

Prior to launching ADHD Coach CT, Kim spent most of her career in academia as an administrator at the higher education and secondary school level, and she has an Ed.D. in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Kim is also an avid theater fan and loves to travel.
