About Me
Professional Biography
ADHD coaching for adults navigating life transitions, big responsibilities, and the moments when old systems stop working.
I’m Daniella Karidi, PhD, CPC, an ADHD coach and executive coach. I help adults with ADHD better understand how their brains work, reduce overwhelm, and build practical systems that fit their real lives.
ADHD often becomes more visible during transitions: starting college, changing jobs, growing a business, becoming a parent, navigating relationships, managing midlife changes, or entering retirement. These are the moments when the strategies that used to work may suddenly stop working. That does not mean you are failing. It means your systems need to change with your life.
My coaching approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in research. My doctoral work focused on prospective memory and ADHD, and I bring that lens into my work with clients who struggle with follow-through, time, planning, organization, and remembering the future.
In addition to coaching, I host ADHDtime on Air, a podcast where I talk with authors, clinicians, coaches, researchers, and advocates about ADHD across adulthood, relationships, work, transitions, and identity.
If you are ready to stop fighting your brain and start building systems that fit your life now, I’d love to work with you.
