As a neurodivergent (ADHD & Autistic) counselor, I understand the unique hurdles you face, and I"m here to help. I believe that your ADHD/Autism is a part of you but doesn"t define you. Together, we will uncover your strengths and build on them to create practical strategies for managing life"s challenges and improving your overall well-being. In our initial sessions, we will take the time to explore the issues you are facing, understanding their impact on your life. Together, we will collaborate to create a personalized plan that addresses your unique challenges, empowering you to reclaim control of your life and well-being. I provide support to neurodivergent adults as well as family and partners of neurodivergent individuals.
