Christine Kotik

Christine Kotik is the founder of CK ADHD Coaching & Consulting.  She is an ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).  She is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages to unravel their struggles in the classroom, at home, with peers, and at work.  She works with adults, overwhelmed and running late, to break through barriers that exist so they can move towards living the life they desire.  Young adults and college students are empowered to make decisions, improve follow-through, build strong relationships, and develop accountability.  She helps individuals with ADHD and executive function deficits to improve time management, decrease procrastination, develop realistic views of a task or situation, and improve relationships.

Christine was on the faculty of JST Coaching & Training, the only research-based youth & student coach training school to date.  She is the coordinator of the Ohio Chapter of CHADD .  She is also a member of the ADHD Coaches Organization where she served on the Board of Directors for 8 years. Her training includes Coach Training Alliance, JST Coaching, and Coach Approach for Organizers
