Throughout my career, I've worked with hundreds of diverse individuals navigating challenges like perfectionism, procrastination, consistency, low energy and confidence. I've worked as an educator, an ADHD Coach and in April 2025 I completed a year-long program to offer clinical EFT Tapping to my clients. This unique combination of skills allows me to teach you the ins and outs of how ADHD is impacting your life, regulate your nervous system with EFT Tapping and coach you to make meaningful forward progress in your life. Together we'll use a combination of EFT Tapping and ADHD Coaching to help you find clarity around your priorities and reduce feelings of overwhelm. You will be ready to take consistent, focused action with confidence, ensuring you focus on what truly matters.
