About Me
Professional Biography
ADHD coaching can be fun, engaging, and actually sustainable. I'm a women's ADHD coach who believes joy isn't optional—it's essential for sustainable success.
After burning out as one of Washington's top educators and receiving my own ADHD diagnosis, I discovered what neuroscience is now proving: fun and joy are the foundation of lasting ADHD treatment and supports, not a reward you earn after suffering through the "real work."
MY APPROACH:
I help women across the gender spectrum build ADHD systems that feel good and actually work. You don’t need another exhausting chore, you need results without the stress. Together we create personalized tools and strategies rooted in best-practices, what brings you joy, and what your individual brain needs, because it all works BETTER and STICKS when you're engaged and enjoying the solutions we put in place.
My coaching approach and why it works:
✨ Dopamine-friendly - I design one-of-a-kind systems around what lights YOU up, not what "should" work.
✨ Neuroscience-backed - As a member of the ACO’s Research committee I am constantly at the forefront of best practices and the latest science on how to support an ADHD brain.
✨ Sustainable solutions - When tools and strategies feel good, you'll actually use them—and emerging research proves joy and engagement are key to lasting change.
✨ Executive Functioning offload - Overwhelmed by a task? I'll vet options, handle the legwork, and create a custom solution—then guide you through using it.
✨ Custom to YOUR brain - Executive function partnership, personalized weekly solutions, trauma-informed care
✨ Co-morbidity support - Anxiety, depression, autism—we address it all with compassion, not shame
MY CREDENTIALS:
20 years experience supporting adults and children • MAT USC • ACO Professional Coach and Research Committee Member • Trauma-informed specialist • 650+ professionals trained nationwide
MY MISSION: Empower you so completely that you outgrow needing me—equipped with supports, knowledge, and tools custom built for you to confidently thrive independently.
ADHD is hard. Together, let's make it easy—and maybe even fun.
Ready to stop the slog and start flourishing? Your ADHD support doesn't have to feel like punishment. Let's build something that actually feels good.
