I’m a dynamic, holistic coach dedicated to helping you grow and thrive. My best work is helping you find and achieve your best work! My experience in education as well as my experience as an ADHD individual provides a unique skill-set and perspective focused on you and your goals.
I love working with parents, adults looking for direction (and re-direction), and young adults trying to figure things out. I’ve been each of those before and my personal experience helps me inform a connective and energetic Coaching style focused on understanding you and helping you figure out what you want and how to get it!

I have completed the JST Training Program for ADHD Coaches. I also have a decade of hands-on practical experience coaching, and while it isn’t a formal certification I thinks that living as an ADHD individual and having to make it up and figure it out is a pretty good badge.
My Bachelor’s Degree is in Theater and his Master’s Degree is in Film. Do these things apply to Coaching? Kind of, yeah! Give me a call and we’ll talk about it!
