My own experience with ADHD has prepared me to help you through some of the same challenges. I work with adults who have ADHD and have reached a point where they feel that life is overwhelming and that they don’t have the resources to make impactful changes. My approach acknowledges the role of emotions and limiting beliefs in causing ADHD-related challenges. Together, we examine and understand them, design a new approach that encompasses this understanding and then evaluate if it worked or not. We can then apply those lessons to other behaviors (when successful) and to new approaches (when not successful.)
