Professional ADHD Coach
Dooley Coaching
Santa Cruz, CA, USA

I have been an ADHD Coach for 14 years
I have a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University, and have continued my formal education by engaging in intensive coach training at ADDCA, the ADD Coach Academy, of which I am a graduate
I am a member in good standing of the International Coach Federation (ICF). ADDCA offers an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP)
I am a professional member of CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder), ADDA (Attention Deficit Disorder Association), and ACO (ADHD Coaches’ Organization)
I have a deep and abiding interest in developing self-awareness, which has taken me from philosophy to meditation to ADHD coaching
I was a full-time professional musician (vocalist and guitarist) for many years. At the present, I am actively involved in musical expression, and I still occasionally perform professionally. I love many styles of music, and I love jazz singing
I was engaged in the natural foods industry for many years, in national sales management, business consulting and brand management. I have skills and experience for coaching ADHD entrepreneurs and small business owners/startups
I live in Santa Cruz, California, on the Monterey Bay, with the love of my life, Bobbi. We’ve been here for many years, and love being near the beach! It’s a great place for photography (I shot all the pics you see on my website, except where otherwise indicated)

I have specialized training for ADHD coaching from ADDCA- ADD Coach Academy
I have a strong ability to help create and nurture a relaxed, calm environment in which change and progress can occur naturally
Because pressure often causes ADHD brains to “shut down”, I work with my clients in a way that lessens pressure while still “getting it done”
I am able to become deeply present during the coaching session, which enables me to more clearly identify and understand crucial information
I always look to the client for the direction and spirit of the connection. I will however take the lead when it’s called for

Always give you my full and complete attention
Create a positive environment for learning and progress that is dynamic and action-specific
Do all I can to ensure that your goals we co-create are clear and focused
Provide feedback and follow-up after your sessions, with specifics about your tasks ahead
Put the best of my training, experience, energy, intellect, and compassion into our coaching relationship so that we can have an effective connection to enable you to get where you want to go, and to manage your ADHD
