The ADHD Guild is a community of nerdy folks with ADHD who strive to do more, become better, and have fun while doing it. The ADHD Guild is led by (very nerdy) professional ADHD Coaches.
As in a traditional guild, we all have different strengths and weaknesses to share, grow, learn together. If our productivity struggles were easy to solve, we would have solved them already!
The Journeyman tier of the ADHD Guild is a more comprehensive ADHD support system. It includes setting weekly goals for our group support meetings, follow-up action items, Coworking (body doubling), ADHD Education, and monthly ADHD Coaching.
