I am the founder of Coached Living. I am also a trainer for Impact Coaching Academy and Relationship Coaching Institute. I love my job. I love working with people who care about improving their lives and their relationships. Over the years I have worked with people in all walks of life. I have worked with people who have ADD/ADHD and need help creating systems and strategies to improve their lives at work, at home and in their social lives. I have worked with couples whose marriages are about to break under the weight of the ADD/ADHD habits of one or the other of them. I have worked with young people wanting to find the one person with whom they can spend a life- time. I have worked with couples who were nearly torn apart by infidelity or addiction. I have worked with couples who have a good marriage, but want a great one. I have worked with older folks who are on their second or third time around and want to be sure that all their loose ends are tied up. I have worked with men and women who are lonely and want to make and keep friends. I have worked with empty- nesters who are in transition and need to reevaluate how they want to live now that their children are launched. People come to me for a variety of reasons, but they all have one thing in common. They want to have better, more fulfilling lives and relationships.
Using the skills and methods that I have acquired over a lifetime of personal growth and extensive education and study, I help them. I don’t have a one size fits all program. I listen carefully to what each client says and doesn’t say. I listen for the desires and dreams they have for their lives. Together we discover their strengths and clarify their values. I help them discover their requirements, wants, and needs. As we go through the process my clients become empowered and that gives them the edge they need to reach for and get what they really want from their lives and relationships.
