I provide a warm, safe, non-judgmental space for people to explore their feelings & needs and develop healthy coping skills which help to provide a sense of wellness, peace, and healing. I am committed to building a genuine and comfortable relationship with my clients. My style of psychotherapy is eclectic and driven by empathy and unconditional positive regard for the client.
My clinical experience has been working with individuals, couples and families struggling with many diverse issues. Some examples of these are: substance abuse/addiction, ADHD, autism, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, gender dysphoria, stress/anger management, work/school stress, relationship conflict/poor communication skills, grief/loss, self-injurious behaviors, identity exploration, low self-esteem and/or life changes.
I have a strong passion for working with individuals living with mood/anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, gender dysphoria, childhood trauma, chronic illness/pain and those identifying as neurodiverse i.e., ADHD and/or autism.
