Natalia van Rikxoort, MSW is a social worker, therapeutic arts facilitator, and life coach with specializations in ADD/ADHD and family coaching. She has dedicated the past 10 years of her career to helping her clients use their strengths to overcome challenges and discover true fulfillment in their lives.
Natalia completed over 900 hours of training in life and ADD/ADHD coaching at the world-renowned ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), the first and only comprehensive life and ADD/ADHD coach training program fully accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC).
Natalia holds a B.A, degree in psychology and social behavior from the University of California, Irvine as well as a master’s degree in social work with a specialization in children and families from the University of Southern California.
She is also a certified therapeutic arts facilitator and has assisted in facilitating Art4Healing workshops for organizations such as Human Options domestic violence shelter, Boys and Girls Club homeless children’s program, and the Wounded Warriors program at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.
In 2017, Natalia founded Lotus Life Coaching Services in Orange County, California to provide life and ADD/ADHD coaching services to adults, children, and families. Her passion is supporting and empowering her clients to begin living the life they truly want.
Throughout her career, Natalia has worked with diverse groups of clients including adults, youth, and families in the mental health and social services fields. As a life coach, she is able to draw from her years of training and experience to help her clients reach their personal and professional goals and achieve meaningful change in their lives.
