Linda Williams Swanson MA, ACC, CACPADHD Coach Free To Be Coaching, LLC
Linda is an ADHD Coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ACC) and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (CACP). She is a graduate of the advanced training program of the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). She coaches high school and college students, parents, and adults, either in person in her Northern Virginia office or by phone or video chat. Geography is not a factor for her clients, some of whom live in other parts of the world.
Linda will be offering group coaching beginning in early 2018, both in person and on line. Group coaching can be a more affordable option, and many people enjoy learning from other group members. Other services offered include Seeing My Time, a course in time management and executive functioning by Marydee Sklar.
Linda’s husband, Neil, also an ADDCA graduate and credentialed ADHD Coach, was diagnosed with ADHD at age 60 after many years of inadequate diagnoses. Linda later learned that she also has the inattentive type of ADHD. Together they coach at Free To Be ADHD Coaching – freetobecoaching.com. Interested individuals are invited to contact them to schedule a free 20-minute introductory conversation prior to scheduling the Discovery and Planning session and subsequent coaching sessions.
Linda has lived with ADHD and knows the joys and challenges first hand. She is passionate about helping individuals with ADHD or ADHD-like brain wiring discover their strengths and passions. Together she and her clients embark on a journey of discovery and inquiry to find the best information, techniques, strategies, and systems to support the clients’ movement toward their desired goals and dreams!
Linda is on the Boards of NoVA/DC CHADD and the ADHD Resource Group of Northern Virginia as well as the Editorial Advisory Board of Attention Magazine. She and Neil facilitate two CHADD parent support groups, one in Warrenton, VA, and the other in Haymarket, VA. They also speak to school and civic groups in their area to help educate the general public about ADHD.
