Linda Williams Swanson MA, PCC, PCACADHD Coach Free To Be Coaching, LLC
Linda is an ADHD Coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation (PCC) and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (CACP). She has also earned the highest designation from the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). She coaches primarily college students and adults, either in person in her Northern Virginia office or by phone or video chat. Geography is not a factor for her clients, some of whom live in other parts of the world.
Linda also offers group coaching to adults who want to “Get Things Done!” Group coaching can be a more affordable option, and many people enjoy learning from other group members. Other services offered include Seeing My Time, a course in time management and executive functioning by Marydee Sklar.
Linda’s husband, Neil, also an ADDCA graduate and credentialed ADHD Coach, was diagnosed with ADHD at age 60 after many years of inadequate diagnoses. Linda later learned that she also has the inattentive type of ADHD. Together they coach at Free To Be ADHD Coaching – freetobecoaching.com. Interested individuals are invited to contact them to schedule a free 30-minute introductory conversation prior to scheduling the Discovery and Planning session and subsequent coaching sessions.
Linda has lived with ADHD and knows the joys and challenges first hand. She is passionate about helping individuals with ADHD or ADHD-like brain wiring discover their strengths and passions. Together she and her clients embark on a journey of discovery and inquiry to find the best information, techniques, strategies, and systems to support the clients’ movement toward their desired goals and dreams!
Linda is on the Board of the ADHD Resource Group of Northern Virginia as well as the Editorial Advisory Board of Attention Magazine. She is also on the Board of the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC) where she serves as Secretary. She and Neil facilitate a CHADD parent support group in Haymarket, VA. They also speak to school and civic groups in their area to help educate the general public about ADHD.
