I always knew I processed life differently than my friends, but saw my resilience and out of the box creativity as strengths. I wasn’t formally diagnosed with ADHD until my 40’s when I was learning to help my son strengthen his executive functions. I prefer complex, complicated challenges and thrive when in highly charged environments. That said, my clients tell me I bring peace and calm to their lives. Professional organizing and mentoring clients is my passion. I love taking my years of experience and sharing the lessons I have learned along the way from the ICU to school nursing and IEP meetings, to life as a Navy wife and mother of two to navigating life on my own. I love helping my clients find their own unique gifts and strengths and encouraging them to trust their own voices. Seeing them thrive and find confidence in their ability to manage their own lives brings me joy.
