Angie WulffSuccess Coach Focus for Success
Angie Wulff has been teaching children and adults for over 20 years. She has a Masters in Educational Psychology, a teaching license in working with those with different needs and learning styles, and endorsement in library science. Her clients benefit from her training from school district workshops and numerous college classes focusing on Attention Deficit Disorder, learning styles, executive functioning skills, as well as keeping updated with current technology.
As a Success and Executive Functioning Coach, her courses through JST Coaching (specifically on ADD/ADHD needs) and more in-depth training about executive function skills help her to understand your needs. She can help anyone who wants to capture their motivation and achieve goals. Through a series of questions and conversations, she helps you to realize what you want to change and improve or add to your personal or professional life. The idea is to produce and change situations or thoughts, as well as make a decision to move forward to create momentum and change.
Angie will help guide you towards the ownership of skill-sets and resources that encourage and support you to increase productivity and effectiveness.
The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as:
“…partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment. Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole. Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibility is to:
✓ Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve
✓ Encourage client self-discovery
✓ Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
✓ Hold the client responsible and accountable
This process helps clients dramatically improve their outlook on work and life, while improving their leadership skills and unlocking their potential.” [Reference: ICF FAQ] —————–
