Why do you suppose that the more exceptional you are, the more you are likely to doubt yourself? My aspiration as a coach is to help exceptional people like you find their wings.

ADHD is a mixed bag. You have skills and a unique way of thinking. You’re creative and entrepreneurial. But the downside is there, too: rejection sensitivity, emotional turmoil, and a whole lot of negative self-talk.

I’m a trained and certified coach with specialties in developmental trauma, emotional dysregulation, shame, and self-criticism. I am a trained teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion and an Advanced student of Somatic Experiencing.

You and I will work together to set some goals: how do you want to be different in the world? How do you want to grow? And what do you want to let go of? Together we will explore different approaches for magnifying your strengths and minimizing your challenges. For me, coaching is a calling and a passion. I can’t wait to share it with you.
