Providing ADHD coaching services for families, youth, and adults, I offer a distinctive perspective rooted in personal experience. Living with two individuals who not only have ADHD but are also gifted, I navigate the daily highs and lows with a nuanced understanding. My insights encompass both the triumphs and challenges, allowing me to empathize with the frustrations and overwhelm experienced from both the ADHDer and non-ADHDer perspectives.

My coaching is centered on helping you comprehend the distinctive qualities of your brain, recognizing your strengths, and embracing your authentic self. Together, we foster confidence and competence, steering away from the pressures of perfectionism and moving towards a more nurturing, understanding, and self-accepting mindset. Let’s delve into your inner experience.

As an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and an ADHD Certified Coach with MentorCoach, I blend positive psychology with an ADHD-focused approach. Drawing from my educational background with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge and a Master’s degree in Dance from York University, I offer a holistic perspective.

In our coaching journey, we explore your identity, understand executive functions, raise awareness of strengths, and acknowledge the impacts of ADHD. Collaboratively, we pinpoint patterns, set achievable goals, develop step-by-step plans, enhance skills, and leverage strengths for your success.

ADHD is a condition that many encounter in their lives, whether personally or through relationships. If you’re seeking to understand neurodiversity better, let’s embark on this journey together.
