Description:

I’m passionate about coaching because of my personal experiences. I was diagnosed with ADHD after my son was diagnosed and I struggled to meet the challenges of a promotion.  I’ve made most career mistakes as I dealt with managing overwhelm, rejection sensitivity, avoiding a challenge, hyper-focusing on micro goals, missing the big picture, staying too long in a comfortable role, and more. I’ve needed a coach and it’s why I’m a coach now. I’ve been where you are and am passionate about helping others do what they thought they couldn’t. I help professionals who are stuck: so busy with life and work commitments, they can’t make their professional next steps a priority.

With 30+ years in learning experience design and performance consulting, I’ve helped thousands of learners move their performance needle. I’ve partnered with senior leadership to build powerful learning experiences at fortune 500 companies and small start-ups. Many years at Fidelity Investments developed my sharp business acumen and strong relationships with business partners in sales, contact centers, product development, technology, and other support functions. I partnered with senior leaders on strategic projects including a transition to an agile operating model.

I made mistakes while getting results. I built high-performing teams to meet mission-critical goals. As an experienced learning and development strategist, I see life experiences as the most important classroom and mental fitness as the cornerstone of our success.

I have seen profound results from 1:1 coaching. I know that people grow the most when they really want to, and they have support.  I’m on your team!

Through leadership and style assessment tools and frameworks, I help you become self-aware and shift your patterns so you can get the results you want. We start with an inventory of skills, strengths, and values, then craft an exploration of options that capitalize on what you do best. You examine your patterns and develop new approaches where needed.
