“Why does it have to be so hard?”
As a master certified coach and leader in the field of ADHD coaching, there is one thing that I have learned from twenty-two years of coaching, it’s how debilitating the effect of overwhelm can be. Overwhelm often accompanies a lifetime of living with unrecognized or poorly managed ADD/ADHD.
It doesn’t have to be so hard. You can be successful. You can be organized. You can accomplish goals. You can take better care of yourself. You can create much desired change. Most of all, you can change that nagging destructive inner self-critic into an objective and supportive inner voice.
If you are looking for a coach, and you have ADHD, you want someone who gets it, someone who understands the science and everyday reality of living with ADHD. You want someone with a honed set of tools and strategies, a great deal of experience and a sense of humor. I can help you learn how to leave less effective habits behind while adapting to more productive and supportive habits.
I would like to help you live a more meaningful, productive and happy life.
