Keith Griffin, PCAC, ACC specializes in helping people simplify to get their lives “on track”. He has expertise in productivity, interpersonal relationships, financial issues, and career transitions. He helps people improve issues of focus, self-regulation, executive function, performance under pressure, overwhelm, rumination, self-awareness, and his personal favorite, perfectionism. In addition to coaching those diagnosed with ADHD, he also coaches the loved ones of ADHDers. Keith is a graduate of programs from both The ADD Coach Academy and JST Training and holds credentials from the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC) and The International Coaches Federation (ICF).

Keith works with folks aged 16 and up with “highly technical minds”. His clients tend to be interested in, pursuing or working in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) careers. He loves working with developers, engineers, doctors & medical students, gamers, content creators, and folks society might label “geeks”. He also provides a safe space for those in the LGBTQ+ community.

Keith was diagnosed with ADHD after leaving a 20+ year successful IT career and decided to become an ADHD Coach shortly after his diagnosis. Since diagnosis, Keith has been on an accelerated path to helping people with ADHD make life simpler and a little bit easier. Keith serves on ADDA’s Board as Treasurer and has served on the Leadership Team of the ADHD Coaches Organization. He also hosts the podcast This ADHD Life, records tips for ADHDers on YouTube, and is an advocate of thriving with ADHD by focusing on one’s strengths.

Through the coaching process I help people live within their uniquely powerful brain while learning to successfully navigate a world full of rules that oftentimes cause their brain to short circuit.” – Keith Griffin

When not coaching, creating, or spending time with his family, Keith enjoys exploring new places, various technical projects, and hobbies, as well as learning about anything and everything. Keith also served on ADDA’s Board of Directors from 2016 through 2020 and was most recently ADDA’s Treasurer.
