As a Master ADHD Coach, Productivity Coach, and Professional Organizer I help clients accomplish what is important to them, and live more satisfying, productive lives. My clients learn to manage time and tasks, clarify priorities, and develop strategies for staying on track. This reduces feelings of overwhelm, produces greater success at work and improves relationships.
Many of my clients are professionals, executives, engineers, and grad students. I help clients achieve their goals through a process of goals clarification, planning, identifying and addressing obstacles, and maintaining focus on important tasks. I help people stay on track and accomplish what they set out to do.
My work is geared specifically to adults with ADHD, building on their strengths and creativity, while addressing challenges. I help clients understand and appreciate how their brains work, so they can become more effective in their professional, academic and personal lives.
I am passionate about this work. After more than 20 years of coaching adults with ADHD, and as an adult with ADHD myself, I have an understanding and empathy for the challenges, as well as confidence that success is possible. I have experienced it.
I have extensive training as a life coach, ADHD coach, and professional organizer. I am a certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a board certified coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE), and an Edge Certified Student Coach. My background is diverse. I have a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Columbia University. I have worked as a civil engineer, and had a very successful career in high tech sales and marketing, prior to becoming a coach.
