AACC Certified Coach, Graduate of the ADD Coach Academy’s Basic, Advanced, and Family Training Programs; BFA from Boston University
As a parent of two teenagers with ADHD, I am driven to help adults, teens, and parents overcome their obstacles with ADHD and achieve meaningful goals. When my sons were diagnosed, it made perfect sense that I shared their diagnosis – and that’s where my journey began.
There wasn’t a lot of awareness about ADHD when I was growing up, and I couldn’t understand why it was so challenging for me to motivate myself to get things done. My inability to start tasks, stay organized and focused caused me to feel bad about my abilities, and ultimately myself. Not wanting to see these patterns repeated with my sons, I embarked on a crusade to learn as much about ADHD as possible to help others going through the same experience.
Graduating from all three of ADD Coach Academy’s cutting-edge training programs gave me comprehensive knowledge and experience to guide and support ADHDers of all ages. Partnering with my clients, I help you understand your unique brain-wiring, how to recognize patterns that have impeded progress in the past, and how to utilize your personal strengths to accomplish goals. New awareness helps us create a customized approach for navigating forward. Each small step empowers confidence as you progress toward reaching your full potential.
My mission as an ADHD coach is to help clients experience more fulfillment and success for themselves in all aspects of their lives – at home, school, relationships, and careers. I am a proud board member of CHADD Nassau County, running monthly support groups and presentations, and an active member of ACO, ICF, and ADDA.
