AACC Certified Coach, trained at ADDCA , an ICF accredited ADD Coach Academy; BFA from Boston University
Through a customized, strength-based approach, I guide adults, teens, and college students to learn how to activate their brains, improve their executive functioning, get motivated, and accomplish their goals. Together we collaborate to understand your unique brain-wiring and uncover what keeps you stuck, and how you can move forward. The process is energizing for clients, as they awaken to new possibilities and perspectives. The very best part of coaching for me is witnessing the change from struggle to success and watching people learn about their amazing strengths that launch them forward in their lives.
I get it. I have ADHD, too. Growing up I struggled with feeling overwhelmed and disorganized and didn’t understand why I had so much trouble getting things done. When I discovered my own ADHD as an adult, it presented an opportunity for me to learn about my brain-wiring and how to achieve meaningful goals. My transformation was so powerful that I felt passionate about helping ADHD-ers reach their full potential.
