I am a professionally trained and certified ADHD Coach and Meditation Teacher. I use a mindfulness based approach in my coaching practice. In the more than ten years that I have been coaching, I’ve worked with a broad range of individuals— from students, to professionals, to entrepreneurs, to stay at home moms and dads— many of whom struggle with challenges often associated with Attention Deficit Disorder, or “overactive minds”. An integral part of the work that I do with my clients is in developing a practice of mindfulness. Research shows that meditation can be very helpful in relieving symptoms of ADHD and increase focus.
I’ve developed several group coaching programs using mindfulness and meditation, including “A Mindfulness Based Approach to ADHD” and a Weekly Women’s Empowerment group, “Letting Go.” The work that I have done with my clients has empowered them to make positive change in their lives!
